At Memory Makers by Dayana, all products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the customized nature of our items, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Custom & Personalized Orders
All cake toppers and party decorations are made to order based on the details provided by the customer (including but not limited to name, age, theme, colors, and design elements).
- Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
- Refunds will not be issued for spelling errors, incorrect names, ages, or details provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before completing their purchase.
2. Order Cancellations (2-Hour Window)
We allow order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
After 2 hours, orders enter design and production preparation and cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
If cancellation is requested after the 2-hour window, we reserve the right to deny the request.
3. Production Timeline
Production time is 5 business days from the date of purchase. Production time does not include shipping time.
Once production has begun, cancellations and modifications may not be possible.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To process a replacement request, we require:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Order number
If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item. Refunds will not be issued unless a replacement is not possible.
5. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
6. Incorrect Address
Memory Makers by Dayana is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping information is accurate before completing the purchase.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a custom-made product that was produced and shipped according to the order details may be formally contested with:
- Order confirmation
- Personalization details provided
- Production documentation
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information
