At Memory Makers by Dayana, every item is made to order. Please review the details below to understand our production timeline, shipping options, and important delivery information.

1. Production Time

All orders require 5 business days for production (manufacturing time). Production time begins after your order is placed and personalization details are received.

Production time does not include shipping time.

2. Standard Shipping (FREE)

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all products.

Standard shipping delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

5. Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped. Weather, peak seasons, and carrier operational issues can affect delivery times.

6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
