These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Memory Makers by Dayana ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom & Personalized Products

Our products are custom-made and may include personalization such as names, ages, colors and theme details. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for errors in personalization details provided by the customer.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and materials.
  • Design placement and minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

2. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order, you agree that the order details are correct.

  • Order cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of purchase (see Refund Policy).
  • After the 2-hour window, orders may enter production preparation and cannot be cancelled.

3. Production Time

Production time is 5 business days from the date of purchase. Production time does not include shipping time.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE on all products. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is shipped.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Please review our Refund Policy for complete details. Custom-made items are generally non-refundable once production begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos and designs) is owned by Memory Makers by Dayana and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memory Makers by Dayana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
